Airflow Safety Guide — Read Before Use
Read this before using Airflow.
Airflow is designed as a gentle bedtime routine. The rule is simple: open the nose first, then use optional mouth support only when nasal breathing feels comfortable.
Use when
- You can breathe comfortably through your nose.
- You start with the nasal strip.
- The routine feels easy to remove.
- You want a simple comfort routine, not a medical treatment.
Do not use mouth strips when
- Your nose feels blocked or congested.
- You are sick or nauseated.
- You used alcohol or sedatives.
- You have breathing, heart, or other medical concerns.
- Any part of the routine feels uncomfortable.
Airflow Sleep Kit is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, or any sleep disorder.
